1. Our annual Management Charge follows a tiered structure—2% of NAV up to £500m, 1.75% between £500m and £750m, and 1.5% above £750m — meaning that as Titan grows, investors benefit from lower fees on larger fund sizes, effectively passing on economies of scale.

2. Ongoing adviser charges can only be paid for a maximum of seven years after the investment date. If an investor chooses to pay their adviser less than the maximum amount shown, Octopus Titan VCT will use the money left over to buy more shares for the investor.

3. The performance fee is not applicable until 2034. For full details on fees, please see the Key Information Document (KID).

The performance information above shows the total return of Octopus Titan VCT for the last five years to 30 June 2025. The annual total return for Octopus Titan VCT is calculated from the movement in net asset value (NAV) over the year to 30 June 2025, with any dividends paid over that year then added back. The starting NAV figure is 89.5p from 30 June 2020. The revised figure is divided by the NAV at the start of that period to get the annual total return. Performance shown is net of all ongoing fees but does not include upfront fees taken from the initial investment value. The annual dividend yield is calculated by dividing the dividends paid per annum by the NAV at the start of the period. Please note, the NAV per share may be higher than the share price, which is the price you may get for the shares on the secondary market. Total value is calculated as the sum of the NAV per share and cumulative dividends per share for the last five years to 30 June 2025.
