Access client investments online

There’s now just one place for you to view and manage your client’s investments online.

Please note, if your client recently invested into one of our VCTs, they won’t be able to view this online until their shares have been allotted. You can find our upcoming allotment dates here.

If you are accessing the portal for the first time, you’ll need your account number (eg. CON123456). You should be able to find this on emails from us about your client’s valuation reports or our online services.

From here, you’ll be able to:

  • View real-time valuations for your client’s inheritance tax, EIS or VCT investments.
  • View quarterly and annual valuation reports.
  • View ongoing charges or commission statements.
  • Download EIS tax certificates and communications we’ve sent to clients.
