Natterbox

 
Natterbox is a cloud-based telephony provider with a unique software which integrates with customer-relationship management platforms. It is headquartered in London and operates from three locations in Europe, US and Asia Pacific, with a diverse revenue base and over 400 customers globally.

We first backed the business in March 2018 with a £5 million investment and have helped with strategic direction through our board representation. Since our investment, Natterbox has used the funding to develop its technology platform and expand geographically, helping the company to continue its strong recurring revenue growth trajectory.
 

Veeqo

 
Veeqo is a cloud-based retail automation platform that helps ecommerce retailers sync their inventory across multiple channels and fulfil their customer orders. It is headquartered in Swansea, with offices in London, Austin and Bishkek and over 350 customers globally.

We first invested in the business in March 2019 with a £3 million investment. Since then, through our board representation, we have helped with Veeqo with its strategic direction, expansion to North America and further strengthening of the senior management team. Since our investment, Veeqo has been able to invest further in its sales and marketing team and significantly further develop its product, helping the continued growth in its recurring revenue.
 

Fuse

 
Fuse is a next generation learning technology platform for the workplace with over 120 enterprise customers including Avon, InterContinental Hotels Group, Merck and Vodafone. Fuse’s platform enables its customers to create, curate and share relevant internal and external content among employees to facilitate seamless learning, “peer to peer” knowledge sharing and effective internal communication. Typical use cases include training new staff, sharing best practices, providing information on the latest products to sales teams and communicating corporate updates throughout an organisation.

We made an investment into Fuse in September 2019, joining existing investors Eight Road Ventures and Education Growth Partners. The proceeds of the investment will be used by Fuse to accelerate its growth plans and capitalise on demand for the product across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. It will also invest further into enhancing the user experience of its leading learning platform, incorporating the latest learnings in AI, data analytics and behavioural science.
