Loans we’ve provided:

  • Chiswick brewery: our loan helped to fund the conversion of a famous London brewery into ten luxury residential units.
  • UK hotel portfolio: we offered short-term bridging for an urgent off-market hotel portfolio acquisition.
  • 44-unit residential scheme: our lending helped a borrower acquire a derelict car-wash and repair shop and transform it into a residential development.
