Kirsty joined Octopus in October 2012 working in the Client Relations team, moving on to the role of team leader before taking over as manager and functional head. She is responsible for the strategic planning of the department, recruitment and training as well as business wide project delivery. Kirsty relocated to London after almost eight years with first direct and HSBC Scotland across various different managerial and project roles.
Kirsty’s main passion is customer service and delivering an experience that is truly unique to each individual. Some of this passion was perhaps gained during her 13 years with an amateur theatre group, performing in the UK as well as the USA. Kirsty has also spent time acting on various management committees, holding the office bearer positions of secretary and then treasurer.
